The motion of dance

The new Sadler’s Wells East venue, located on Stratford’s East Bank, needed a dynamic wayfinding design to enhance accessibility and ease of use. 

Drawing inspiration from the fluidity of dance, the design incorporates vertical reeded glass to evoke a sense of movement.

This carefully crafted wayfinding concept reflects the movement of dance, seamlessly linking visitors to the form and function of
the venue.

Design Week loved the wayfinding so much they did a special feature on it…

“We wanted to represent the dynamism of dance in the signage, and put a sense of motion across graphically,” says Benoy project lead, Butch Gordon.
